With no intent of being political….what do the people who sit on the side walk looking up see? They see ‘no eyes upon them’ as people walk by. They see feet, pets and trash. An interesting perspective for sure. I sat on the sidewalk and just waited for people to come by and saw this physical behavior. No eyes upon me. A small zine with 34 images included within 22 pages.
